About the Role:

We’re expanding our U.S. team with a newly created Remote Supply Chain Coordinator role focused on supporting and growing our Amazon and wholesale operations. This position is ideal for someone experienced in Amazon ecosystems who thrives in a fast-moving, fully remote environment.

• Build and manage vendor relationships
• Attend trade shows (travel covered)
• Source and share product leads via a private Discord workflow
• Coordinate with our international supply chain team
• Submit purchase orders and negotiate pricing
• Provide workflow improvement ideas and status updates
• Participate in recorded calls for training and quality assurance

This role was created to meet the rising demand from hundreds of Amazon/wholesale prep clients. Our model has shifted significantly post-bundling, and we now operate with a lean, dynamic team helping clients scale with product sourcing and streamlined distribution.

All sourcing and lead distribution are fully separated from client data. This role does not involve access to any client-specific spreadsheets or sensitive prep center information.
