Qualifications

• 2 years or more of product development experience or electronics repair experience, or a B.S. in electrical engineering or other engineering field.
• Basic knowledge of electronic components, circuits, and systems.
• Methodical problem solving skills.
• Natural curiosity and desire to learn.
• Eagerness to grow and develop others and themselves.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

• Product Identification and Prioritization: Identify growth opportunities and demand for products within our current markets.
• Reverse Engineering and Testing: Determine failure modes of potential products through PCB troubleshooting and create clear work instructions.
• Materials and Component Sourcing: Identify needs for component replacement and source compatible parts.
• Process Optimization: Collaborate with operations and process engineering teams to optimize remanufacturing processes.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with marketing, sales, and customer support to align product development with market needs.
