  • Document recurring issues and feed structured feedback to the product team to improve evaluation logic and model performance
  • Collaborate with product and engineering on testing new features before rollout
What We’re Looking For
  • A strategic mindset — someone who can move beyond fixing what’s in front of them to anticipate where the product and the industry are going next
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; open to recent graduates
  • Experience with Salesforce, higher education systems, or student lifecycle platforms is a strong plus.
  • Strong technical understanding — you can converse confidently with developers and data scientists.
  • Exceptional communication skills; you can explain complex things simply.
  • A passion for building elegant, useful, and impactful products that make education accessible.

  • Experience integrating AI/LLM‑based workflows into enterprise software.
  • Prior startup or 0→1 product experience.
  • Familiarity with university CRMs like Slate, Ellucian, or Salesforce Education Cloud.
Why Edmo
  • Join a category‑defining company backed by leading investors and trusted by the largest online universities.
  • Work on products that genuinely change lives and reshape the future of learning.
  • Competitive salary, stock options, and performance bonuses.
