JOB SUMMARY: The Sourcing & Product Development Manager leads the development and sourcing of products from initial business opportunity through production. Working as part of the cross-functional team, the Manager leads product development, vendor selection and development, costing, and the transition to production. This role owns sourcing and development for Target National and Owned Brand products.

IDEAL CANDIDATE: The ideal candidate has relevant experience in product development as well as sourcing for domestic and global consumer products. Experience supporting Target Corp. or another national retailer is highly desirable. Success in this role requires exceptional project management skills, strong cross-functional communication, and the ability to navigate complex retailer requirements while maintaining accuracy and meeting critical deadlines. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment managing multiple consumer product launches simultaneously.
