Responsibilities

• Participate in Global Pepper and Eggplant product unit.
• Execute technical strategy for product development to deliver improved germplasm.
• Collaborate with IPI, P&SG, DSE teams to ensure pipeline delivery.
• Test new experimental designs, data collection methods, and analytics.
• Monitor breeding pipeline metrics to optimize resources.
• Conduct field evaluations of pre-commercial products.
• Support product deployment and knowledge transfer at launches.
• Champion digital transformation in product development.
