IDEXX Laboratories, Inc. in Westbrook, ME is seeking four Product Development Scientists to join the Assay Dx R&D non-infectious Product Development team on-site.

You will blend bench science with systems thinking to develop and characterize assays from concept to launch, supporting in-house and reference lab testing technologies. Responsibilities include designing studies, applying statistics, visualizing results, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decisions.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree with 5–10 years of bioengineering or related field experience.
• Laboratory bench skills, instrumentation, and safe lab practices required.
• Strong analytical, data interpretation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to present data to teams.
• Experience with JMP statistical software.
• Hands-on ELISA and immunoassay techniques preferred.
• Occasional travel may be required.
