Job summary

CPC in Minnesota is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to plan and lead product development initiatives from concept to launch. You will develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, coordinate with staff across departments, and ensure deliverables align with performance specs and timelines.

You will maintain ISO documentation, monitor metrics, and report progress to leadership. The role involves collaboration with global facilities and occasional travel as needed to support objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, science or engineering preferred.
• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Project management in manufacturing and new product development preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to identify critical path and instill urgency in team.
• Experience with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 13485:2016 preferred.
• Experience with Oracle or other ERP systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares project plans, schedules, and budgets using PM tools and cross-functional staff.
• Ensures projects meet specifications, performance, deliverables, and timelines.
• Oversees project progress and confirms completion of department responsibilities.
• Reports progress and project status to various levels of the organization.
• Develops reports to track key metrics and continuous improvement.
• Leads initiatives to improve CPC project management systems.
• Maintains ISO documentation for accuracy and accessibility.
• Collaborates with global facilities on NPD and releases.
• Estimates effort and resources using standard techniques.
