Job summary

Whirlpool Corporation in Mount Pleasant, WI seeks a Project Manager/Leader to drive cross-functional project delivery using the Whirlpool Product Development (WPD), PDP and ADP methods. You will align teams and manage scope, schedule, cost, and quality to deliver consumer-focused outcomes.

You will track KPIs, prepare reports, support BOM coordination and prototype builds, and travel to key sites as needed to enable project success and continuous improvement through the new Project Leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 2+ years of project management experience in scope, timeline, budget, quality and risk.
• PMI PMI- PMP certification preferred or similar credentials.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver project objectives with speed, quality, and efficiency.
• Apply Whirlpool Product Development (WPD), PDP, and ADP methodologies.
• Manage project scope, time, cost, quality, resources, communications and risks.
