Job summary

HellermannTyton group is seeking a Project Leader I to oversee project feasibility and deadlines for new product development initiatives. The successful candidate will manage cross-functional teams and ensure alignment with strategic goals. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Engineering and 3-5 years of project management experience within manufacturing.

Key responsibilities include leading project planning, conducting risk assessments, and providing plant support for production activities.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years project management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Technical knowledge of manufacturing processes, injection molding and prototyping processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage project feasibility, flow, and deadlines for product development.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time.
• Conduct risk assessments and generate reports.

Skills

Interpret and understand detailed tooling and product drawings

Knowledge of sales/marketing, tooling, and manufacturing processes

Experience in motivating and leading cross-functional teams

Strong organizational and analytical problem-solving skills

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

Proficient with project management software and planning techniques

Education

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Engineering
