Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in product development, merchandising, or related roles.
• Strong project-management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple products and deadlines.
• Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets and ability to translate data into clear actions.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the master product development calendar, roadmap, and trackers across frames, POP/displays, brands, categories, collections, and customer programs.
• Manage multiple product initiatives from concept through sampling, costing, approvals, production readiness, and launch readiness with clear milestones and owners.
• Maintain a reliable source of truth for product specifications, samples, revisions, costing, pricing inputs, MOQs, and timelines.
• Analyze product performance across brands, collections, SKUs, channels, and price points to identify trends and opportunities.
• Translate data and cross-functional input into clear recommendations for SKU additions, extensions, replenishment, and discontinuations.
