The Product Development Manager for the Tabletop & Ceramics division is a hybrid, full-time role located in Brooklyn, NY. This position works under the Home Product Team umbrella and assists the Product Development Lead in the end-to-end development process of various seasonal and everyday ceramic tabletop collections. This includes but is not limited to ceramic mugs and other serveware items.This role partners primarily with Design, but also cross-functionally with Sales, Sourcing, Production, and overseas teams. This role will focus on managing resources, costing, art direction/guidance for development, and day-to‑day project needs in support of the Product Development Lead.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, efficient, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. They have experience developing home products, with expertise in ceramic techniques and embellishments.
