Èccolo, a Brooklyn-based family-owned company, seeks a Product Development Manager for Tabletop & Ceramics to join the Home Product Team on a hybrid schedule in Brooklyn, NY. You will support end-to-end development of ceramic tabletop collections, including mugs, and collaborate with Design, Sales, Sourcing, Production and overseas teams.

The ideal candidate is highly organized and proactive, with 3–4 years in product development for home goods and experience with overseas vendors.

Qualifications

  • 3–4 years in product development for tabletop, home goods, or ceramics.
  • Experience coordinating with overseas vendors.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Product & Packaging Development – guide Design on new ceramic products and packaging.
  • Sample Review – organize physical samples and provide feedback against tech packs.
  • Production Notes – prepare production notes with accurate specifications and proofs.
  • Costing & RFQs – manage RFQs and maintain current costing records.
  • Overseas Vendor Communication – liaise with factories and overseas teams for sampling timelines.
  • PD & Design Resource Management – maintain templates, dielines, CAD/mold files, glaze swatches, and libraries.
  • Buyer Meeting Support – organize presentations and take detailed notes on buyer feedback.
