The ideal candidate has 10+ years in electrical engineering or mechatronics, strong leadership and communication skills, and a proven ability to deliver complex products on time while meeting quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering.
• 10+ years of electrical engineering experience.
• Experience in testing or developing mechatronic systems.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to conceive and design innovative products.
• Experience identifying business problems and creating solutions.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate feasibility of concepts to meet functional and customer needs.
• Lead a team of design engineers to meet product timelines.
• Design, develop and prototype new products per PDP requirements.
• Coordinate with OEM vendors and manufacturing to transfer designs.
• Ensure product safety, reliability, and performance through testing.
• Prepare drawings and bills of materials.
• Work with QC to ensure product quality.
