RVS Corporation in Taneytown, MD, seeks a Product Development Manager to lead the technical development, standardization, and release of industrial refrigeration heat transfer units. You will integrate mechanical, electrical, controls, and compliance activities while coordinating with manufacturing, suppliers, and stakeholders to bring new product lines from concept to release.

The role requires 8+ years of experience in industrial refrigeration, strong leadership, and ability to manage

Competenze

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering is required.
• Minimum 8 years of work experience in related field.
• Experience with industrial refrigeration equipment including ammonia and CO₂ systems.
• Experience coordinating with suppliers, consultants, and manufacturing teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical documentation and leadership updates.

Mansioni

• Lead development of packaged industrial refrigeration heat transfer units and prototypes.
• Manage design reviews and ensure readiness for prototype build and product line release.
• Coordinate with suppliers and external consultants for components.
• Provide direct engineering support to manufacturing during prototype builds.
• Support compliance with IIAR, UL, and safety reviews.
• Communicate progress and updates to leadership and cross-functional teams.
