The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

• Oversees product development, execution, and sustaining development activities. This will also include product ownership and strategy responsibilities to help drive product growth and adoption.
• Provides direct technical supervision to assigned staff, including hiring, goal setting, team assignment, training, and performance reviews.
• Works comfortably in a fast-paced agile environment with challenging deadlines, managing multiple tasks and priorities while championing Agile principles. Ensures timely, high-quality product releases.
• Mentors team members on analysis, design, coding, debugging, automation, testing, documentation, support, maintenance, and managing releases and updates.
• Provides program management leadership for critical Revenue Cycle product development initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams, Product Owners, Business Leaders, Sales, Engineers, and Architects to make informed decisions.

Your Skills and Expertise

Minimum qualifications include:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND 7 years of software industry experience

OR

• High School Diploma/GED AND 12 years of software industry experience

Additional preferred qualifications include:

• 7 years’ experience with Agile software development teams
• Leadership experience in product development and healthcare IT organizations
• Experience with 3M Health Information Systems products
• Excellent communication, critical thinking, problem-solving, and project management skills
• Knowledge of coding, testing, CI/CD, and software lifecycle management

Work location: Remote

Travel: Up to 25%
