ForceBrands partners with a rapidly growing consumer products company to hire a Product Development Director who will own the full lifecycle from concept to commercialization and shape the future product roadmap.

This role requires deep experience in formulated consumer products, strong partnerships with contract manufacturers, and the ability to move quickly in a high-growth environment while collaborating with marketing, operations, finance, and leadership.

Qualificações

• Experience leading product development for formulated consumer products, particularly detergents or cleaners with surfactants.

Product Development Director

We’re partnering with a rapidly growing consumer products company on a newly created Product Development leadership opportunity.

The company has built a strong presence within the natural consumer products space and is entering an exciting stage of growth. With significant momentum, an expanding product portfolio, and ambitious growth plans, they are looking for someone to lead innovation and product development efforts across the business.

This role will own the full product development lifecycle from concept through commercialization and will play a key role in shaping the future product roadmap.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Drive new product innovation from ideation through launch
• Identify market trends, consumer insights, and whitespace opportunities
• Manage relationships with external manufacturing and formulation partners

Ideal Background

• Experience leading product development for formulated consumer products, particular detergents, cleansers, or other products containing surfactants
• Household cleaning, home care, personal care, beauty, baby care, or adjacent categories preferred
• Strong experience working with contract manufacturers and external development partners
• Understanding of ingredients, formulations, and product commercialization processes
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and product launches simultaneously
