Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team in a temporary position supporting product development and quality initiatives. The primary responsibilities include:

• Performing chemical and physical testing on portfolio products and ingredients.
• Scaling and managing inventory of raw materials and ingredients used in category-specific products.
• Preparing and maintaining laboratory materials, products, and equipment.
• Accurately recording, analyzing, and reporting test results in a timely manner.
• Assisting product developers and the R&D team with the execution and validation of new products, as well as maintenance of existing formulations.
• Ensuring laboratory cleanliness and adherence to Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
• Supporting product development and shelf-life studies by providing relevant analytical data.
• Collaborating with stakeholders (including Marketing, Operations, Quality, and Project Management teams) to support product extensions and resolve quality-related issues.
• Maintaining detailed documentation in accordance with company and regulatory standards.
• Contributing to innovation, cost-savings efforts, and compliance-related projects.

Required Skills:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data recording and reporting
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a lab environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and laboratory data systems
• Knowledge of Good Laboratory Practices (GLP)

Degree Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Food Science, Biology, or a related scientific discipline (or equivalent experience)
