Job summary

ERIKS is seeking a Product Development Engineer to advance industrial products and manufacturing processes. You will combine technical insight with practical execution, translating ideas into concrete, manufacturable solutions.

You will analyze existing products, develop prototypes, validate designs, and contribute to improvements in quality, reliability and efficiency. You will design drawings in SolidWorks, ensure feasibility, and support engineering projects through testing and data analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level technical education in design or mechanical engineering.
• Experience reading and interpreting technical drawings is preferred.
• Interest in prototyping, testing and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to development and optimization of industrial products and processes.
• Develop and validate technical designs and prototypes.
• Translate ideas into manufacturable, production-ready designs.
• Collaborate with engineering, production and suppliers.
• Conduct tests, data analysis, and technical optimisations.
• Create and refine technical drawings in SolidWorks.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects within engineering and production.
