Esox Engineering, LLC is seeking an experienced Product Development Engineer to transform ideas into manufacturable products across medical devices, furniture, and consumer products. You will work directly with clients and collaborate with a high-performing team to iterate designs and validate solutions.

The role emphasizes hands-on prototype development, client exposure, and mentoring junior engineers, with opportunities to grow through technical, management, or leadership paths.

Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 5-10 years of product development experience.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Medical device experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop products from concept through validation.
• Create and refine designs using Creo.
• Build, test, and evaluate prototypes.
• Present technical recommendations to clients.
• Manage your technical work across multiple projects.
• Share your knowledge and learnings with the team.
• Collaborate with a team of experienced product developers.
