Andersen Corporation is seeking a Product Development Engineer II in Minnesota to lead design enhancements and product line extensions within the Clad Windows business unit. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering
• 3–7 years of engineering experience in a product development environment
• Experience as a design engineer on a cross-functional engineering team

• Experience delivering products from ideation through commercialization using a gated design review process
• Experience leveraging risk-based tools/processes i.e., FMEA, THANice to Have
