Ford Motor Company is seeking a Product Development Engineer-eDrive Unit Industrialization to support planning, execution, and industrialization of Ford's electrified propulsion systems.

You will coordinate between engineering, purchasing, manufacturing, suppliers and program management, drive milestones, and resolve issues across the product development lifecycle. This hybrid role includes competitive salary grades and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifikationen

In this position...

The Product Development Engineer-eDrive Unit Industrialization is responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and industrialization of Ford's electrified propulsion systems. This role serves as a key interface between engineering, purchasing, manufacturing, suppliers, quality, and program management teams to ensure program timing, cost, quality, and technical deliverables are achieved.

The successful candidate will drive program execution activities, monitor key milestones, coordinate cross-functional teams, and support issue resolution throughout the product development lifecycle.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in automotive eDrive systems, powertrain or electrification.
• 1 year of CAD experience.

This position is a salary grade 5 and ranges from $65,100-$109,300.

This position is a salary grade 6 and ranges from $74,300-$124,500.

This position is a salary grade 7 and ranges from $86,600-$144,900.

This position is a salary grade 8 and ranges from $99,100-$166,200.

Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate's skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value.
