Job summary
LHH in Wisconsin is seeking a Product Development Engineer to drive concept-to-launch activities for metal products. You will collaborate across engineering, manufacturing and customer teams to develop prototypes, validate designs and ensure manufacturing feasibility.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on product development experience, strong sheet metal design skills and the ability to troubleshoot and launch new products successfully.
Qualifications
- BS in Mechanical Engineering or related with 3+ years of product development experience.
- Proficiency in Creo, SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
- Strong sheet metal design and manufacturing knowledge.
- Experience with FEA, FMEA, DOE and DFMA.
- BOM, routing and MRP experience.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel up to 15%.
