We’re looking for a Product Development Engineer to help shape the future of automotive comfort and performance — one custom system at a time.

As a key member of our Engineering Team, you'll design, test, and optimize air conditioning systems for a wide variety of classic and collector vehicles. From concept to installation, you'll take ownership of the product development cycle to ensure quality, functionality, and ease of use.

Bring cool air to cool cars — and help us redefine comfort for the classics.

What You Need:

  • 2+ years of professional CAD experience (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar) in the same or similar role.
  • Familiarity with classic vehicles, muscle cars, and collector cars.
  • Strong understanding and experience with sheet metal fabrication, design and optimization of drill and assembly fixtures and comfortable working with a variety of materials (metal, plastic, rubber, etc.)
  • Experienced in working with A/C system components and related hardware. (e.g. compressors, condensers, evaporators, hoses and refrigeration lines)
  • Experience creating and developing technical assembly and installation instructions.
  • A collaborative mindset with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
Responsibilities include:
  • Design HVAC components (compressor and alternator brackets, evaporator and condenser mounts, plastic ducts, Control Panels, etc.)
Design, purchase, and construct tools, fixtures and molds required on new and existing projects.

Test fit engine and passenger compartment prototypes until the final design is accomplished.

Prepare documentation as required for engineering files.

Gather and analyze user feedback during testing phases to design improvements and iterations.

Identify opportunities for product enhancements and process efficiencies, implementing changes based on findings
