We’re a global leader in the design and manufacture of injection molding equipment, and we're looking for a Product Development Engineer to join our Development Engineering team. You’ll play a key role in the development and launch of next-generation Hot Runner systems—critical technology used by some of the world’s most innovative manufacturers.

Hot Runner systems are essential to improving plastic part quality, reducing waste, enhancing energy efficiency, and supporting sustainable manufacturing practices across industries such as packaging, automotive, and consumer goods.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the development of mechanical subsystems from concept to launch
• Design and validate new products through advanced engineering analysis including stress, thermal, and flow, along with hands-on lab testing
• Prototype, test, and refine components using CAD tools and experimental setups
• Partner with cross-functional teams to evaluate and implement manufacturing advancements
• Create and manage detailed project plans, owning scope, timeline, budget, and execution
• Collaborate on business cases and contribute to the commercial success of each launch
• Communicate progress and results to technical and business stakeholders

What You Bring:

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Five to seven years of experience in new product development and mechanical design
• Proficiency with CAD, preferably Unigraphics, as well as knowledge of stress analysis, heat transfer, and fluid dynamics
• Experience with data analysis tools and statistical methods
• Familiarity with GD and T, metrology, tooling, and manufacturing practices
• A strong, hands-on problem-solving mindset
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, self-directed approach

Tools and Technology You’ll Use:

• CAD software (Unigraphics NX preferred)
• Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Project
• Data analysis and simulation tools
• Lab testing and validation equipment
