Job summary

Valorantum's Leadership Development Program invites ambitious engineers to rotate through four placements across the United States over two years, building leadership and technical skills while contributing to new product launches and industrial automation projects. Job description

Position Overview

The position involves rotational engineering assignments, new product launches, and controls and automation. The company’s Leadership Development Program (LDP) is a distinctive 2-year program that produces world-class leaders. Program participants craft 4 personalized rotations in different US geographies, gaining exposure to the organization, working with leaders, and developing the skills needed to shape the company's future. You will directly contribute to business-critical projects and product launches, and you will be exposed to leading-edge industrial automation technology that is developed within the company’s major business segments in support of The Connected Enterprise. The expected start is January 2027.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior internship or co-op experience with the company at an event
• A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
• Demonstrated leadership experience
• Involvement in community service extracurriculars or volunteerism
• Experience with designing and developing products
• An interest in coding, tinkering, repairing and testing and want to deepen and stretch your technical skills
• Career aspirations to manage people and develop others as a Team Lead, Engineering Manager or senior technical leadership roles
• The ability to relocate multiple times over a 2-year duration

Compensation

The compensation for this role is $82,000-$84,000 per year.
