Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering
• Experience in industry with high quality standards required: Aerospace and Automobile Manufacturing, Plastic Injection, Food, Medical
• Experience working in an APQP driven environment
• Demonstrated ability to specify and design fixtures while considering material selection, tolerance, and cost effectiveness
• Experience with Process Flow
• Knowledge of PFMEA
• Familiarity with IATF 16949 or AS 9100
• CAD Software Solid Modeling experience
• Strong communication skills and project management skills
