Base pay range

$100,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr

What You’ll Do
  • Lead and manage automation initiatives, ensuring smooth integration with existing operations.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to bring new products from concept to production.
  • Analyze workflows to uncover bottlenecks, improve layouts, and implement cost-saving solutions.
  • Support production teams in driving consistent quality and compliance with safety standards.
  • Apply Lean and Six Sigma tools to boost efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance performance.
  • Design process improvements that increase throughput, cut cycle times, and reduce costs.
  • Assist in selecting, installing, and troubleshooting equipment to maximize productivity.
  • Create and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and process documentation.
What You’ll Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
  • 4+ years of hands‑on experience in manufacturing engineering, automation, or process improvement.
  • Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and modern automation technologies.

  • CAD proficiency (SolidWorks is a plus).
