Job summary

True Classic in Calabasas, CA is seeking a Product Development Coordinator to drive day-to-day product development from proto through TOP and sales samples. You will own sample flow, vendor follow-up, development comments, label review, and development data to keep milestones on track.

The role requires highly organized, proactive candidates who can manage many moving parts, maintain accurate records, and coordinate across internal teams and overseas vendors.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in apparel product development, pre-production, or production coordination.
• Experience communicating with overseas vendors across time zones.
• Strong spreadsheet and tracking skills with high attention to detail.
• Clear, specific written communication and ability to follow up with vendors.

Responsibilities

• Track samples through proto, fit, PP, TOP, and sales samples.
• Log sample receipts and maintain accurate records by style.
• Coordinate sample send-outs, labeling, and courier arrangements.
• Own day-to-day vendor communication and follow-through until issues are resolved.
• Maintain development data and WIP trackers for visibility.
