Job summary

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in consumer product design, strong Adobe Creative Suite skills, and a portfolio showcasing branding and packaging. Hybrid work with a home studio in Irvine is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of design experience in the consumer products industry
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Advanced working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office
• Experience in apparel, textile or manufacturing industries is a plus

Responsibilities

• Review licensed product submissions for franchise accuracy, legal compliance, brand standards, and product quality
• Provide clear written feedback, annotated visuals, and mockups to guide required revisions
• Collaborate with Product Development Managers to evaluate product designs and maintain approval consistency
• Utilize internal product approval systems to manage multiple product submissions daily
• Support licensing partners by providing approved assets, logos, and brand guidance
• Partner with internal teams to communicate franchise values, creative vision, and design standards to external licensees
• Create light to moderate graphic design assets, including annotated feedback, mockups, and presentations
• Support the Creative Team with asset management, reference gathering, design execution, industry research, and presentation development
