Job summary

Blizzard Entertainment in Irvine, CA seeks a Creative Producer (Temporary) to join Activision Blizzard Consumer Products on a 12-month contract. The role supports creative production, asset management, and licensing collaborations across toys, apparel, books, and games.

The position reports to the Creative Lead and collaborates with Marketing, Category, and E-commerce teams in a hybrid work setup, with the home studio in Irvine, CA.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in creative production, project management, or related field; 4+ years preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are required.
• Experience with creative approvals, asset sourcing, and working with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Assist in meetings involving creative approvals and asset sourcing with licensees and internal teams.
• Manage product approvals and digital asset management with internal/external users.
• Maintain attention to detail across creative approvals and manage feedback to uphold brand integrity.
• Assist in asset requests from internal teams and day-to-day monitoring of approvals and asset portals.
• Prepare product catalogs across franchises for Retail and franchise updates.
• Administer invoice submission, tracking, and payment for creative team expenses and external contractors.
• Support visual representations of franchises with an eye for graphic design and branding needs.
