Formación

• 5+ years of design experience in the consumer products industry; entertainment experience a plus with strong portfolio.
• Knowledge of ideation, asset planning, style guide asset development, branding/packaging.
• Stay current with design trends and technologies (software/hardware).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage several projects simultaneously (multitasking).
• Creative problem solving, initiative, and follow-through.
• Dependability and promptness in collaboration and delivery.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Review licensed product submissions for franchise accuracy, legal compliance, brand standards, and product quality.
• Provide clear written feedback, annotated visuals, and mockups to guide revisions.
• Collaborate with Product Development Managers to evaluate designs and maintain approval consistency.
• Use internal approval systems to manage daily submissions.
• Support licensing partners by providing approved assets, logos, and brand guidance.
• Coordinate with internal teams to communicate franchise values and design standards to licensees.
• Create light to moderate graphic design assets, including annotated feedback and presentations.
• Assist Creative Team with asset management, references, and industry research.
