Job summary

Blizzard Entertainment, Inc. is seeking a talented project coordinator to support Activision Blizzard Consumer Products in softlines, hardlines and publishing. Hybrid role based in Irvine, CA, reporting to the Creative Lead and collaborating with Category, Marketing and E-commerce teams.

You will assist in meetings, manage approvals, asset portals, catalogs, and invoices while maintaining brand integrity and tight schedules across multiple franchises.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in creative production or project management; 4+ years preferred.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and PowerPoint; basic design skills.
• Knowledge of brand guidelines and franchise branding.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creative approvals and asset sourcing with licensees and internal teams.
• Manage product approvals and digital asset management with internal/external users.
• Maintain asset portals and track feedback to ensure brand integrity.
• Coordinate domestic and international shipping and sample inventory.
• Prepare product catalogs for Retail and Franchise teams.
• Administer invoice submission and expense tracking for creative projects.
• Communicate project status to teams regularly.
