Job summary

HMF Express is seeking a Product Detailer to translate customer orders into precise, production-ready work instructions. You will collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, and Engineering to ensure accurate detailing and documentation.

Responsibilities include interpreting purchase orders, inputting data into internal systems, and maintaining organized records. The role requires teamwork, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of architectural drawings or templates.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Experience in the commercial door and frame or building materials industry is helpful, but not required.
• History of working successfully in a team environment.
• Basic understanding of architectural drawings or order entry templates (training provided).
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Technical aptitude and solid math skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Interpret purchase orders and input data into internal systems using our product configurator. Generate clear and accurate work order instructions and documentation. Maintain organized documentation and workflow across systems.
• Collaborate across departments to clarify project details and meet order deadlines.
• Ensure all job details align with HMF SOPs and manufacturing requirements.
