HMF Express, part of Senneca Holdings, is seeking a detail-oriented Product Detailer to translate customer orders into production-ready instructions. You will work closely with Sales, Customer Service, and Engineering to ensure accuracy and timeliness in work order detailing.

The role requires an associate degree or equivalent experience, the ability to meet tight deadlines, and strong attention to detail. A collaborative, team-focused environment is emphasized with opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

• Interpret purchase orders and input data into internal systems using our product configurator.
• Generate clear and accurate work order instructions and documentation.
• Maintain organized documentation and workflow across systems.
• Collaborate across departments to clarify project details and meet order deadlines.
• Ensure all job details align with HMF SOPs and manufacturing requirements.
