For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $114,000 - $160,000 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.

The compensation range applies to candidates within the United States. Salary is determined based on role responsibility, level, and factors such as performance, skills, experience, and education. Job Summary

We seek a senior-level Product Designer to develop solutions that advance our enterprise sustainability initiatives with AI at its core. As a key member of our product team, you will design innovative software solutions aligned with Schneider Electric's sustainability goals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement AI-first sustainability solutions.
2. Conduct user research and feedback evaluation to improve product usability and functionality.
3. Translate complex technical and sustainability requirements into user-friendly designs.
4. Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps.
5. Stay updated on AI technologies and sustainability trends to incorporate cutting-edge solutions.
6. Work closely with engineers and product managers to ensure design feasibility and accuracy.
7. Develop and maintain design guidelines, standards, and best practices.

Qualifications

1. At least 8 years of experience as a product designer, capable of independently executing key design tasks, including problem definition and engaging with end users.
2. Strong understanding of AI technologies and their application in enterprise sustainability.
3. Proficiency in design tools like Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
4. Creative and effective problem-solving skills.
5. Knowledge of the latest UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
6. Excellent communication skills to articulate design decisions.
7. Experience working within an Agile/Scrum environment.
8. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field.
