For this U.S.-based position, the expected compensation range is $114,000 - $160,000 per year, including base pay and short-term incentives.

The salary range applies to candidates within the United States. Compensation is determined based on role responsibility, experience, skills, education, and performance. Job Summary

We seek a senior-level Product Designer to develop innovative AI-driven solutions supporting our enterprise sustainability initiatives. You will play a key role in designing software solutions that align with Schneider Electric's sustainability goals and client needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create AI-first sustainability solutions.
• Conduct user research and incorporate feedback to improve product usability.
• Translate technical and sustainability requirements into user-friendly designs.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and site maps to communicate design ideas.
• Stay updated on AI and sustainability trends to incorporate cutting-edge solutions.
• Work closely with engineers and product managers to ensure feasible and accurate implementation.
• Develop and maintain design standards and guidelines.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of experience as a product designer, capable of independently managing key design tasks, including problem definition and user feedback engagement.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies and their enterprise sustainability applications.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
• Creative problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of latest UX trends and technologies.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate design decisions.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum development processes.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field.
