Job summary

Scholaro, Inc. is seeking a Product / UX Designer to own the user experience end-to-end across our SaaS platform and new products.

This hands-on role blends UX research, interaction design, and UI design, collaborating with product, engineering, sales, and customer service to create intuitive workflows for institutional users, students, and employers. Qualifications

• 3–6+ years in UX/Product/Interaction design for web apps or SaaS.
• Strong portfolio with complex workflows in B2B/SaaS.
• Ability to turn vague problems into clear user flows.
• Proficient in wireframes, prototypes, and design systems.
• Excellent communication; able to explain decisions to non-designers.

Responsibilities

• Own key product flows from discovery to delivery.
• Conduct lightweight user research with institutional users and internal stakeholders.
• Turn requirements into wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes.
• Design clean, consistent UI that fits Scholaro’s design system.
• Collaborate daily with developers to ensure feasibility and implementation.
• Partner with sales and customer success to understand customer usage.
• Help define and maintain a design system (components, patterns, documentation).
• Use data to iterate and improve usability and adoption.
• Contribute to product discovery by shaping problem definitions and proposing solutions.
