Job summary

Merch.com is seeking a remote Product Designer to shape intuitive, visually compelling experiences across our platform. You will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate business goals into clear product requirements, flows and interactions.

You’ll conduct user research, usability testing, and develop wireframes, prototypes, and design systems to ensure consistency across web and integrations.

Qualifications

• Strong product design and visual design skills with experience delivering functional, aesthetically consistent interfaces.
• Familiar with Design Thinking and UX Research to define problems and guide decisions.
• Hands-on UX methods: interviews, surveys, usability testing to inform design improvements.
• Translate insights into clear user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Proficient with Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD and collaborative tools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather actionable insights.
• Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and design iterations.
• Develop and maintain design systems ensuring consistency across web and integrations.
