Scholarly in Seattle seeks its Founding Product Designer to own how the product looks, feels, and works—from dense admin screens to faculty-facing experiences, plus the website and launch materials.

With 7+ years of design experience shipping complex B2B or SaaS products, you’ll define the design system, process, and quality bar, collaborating with engineering and leadership to shape Scholarly's future.

Formación

• 7+ years of product design experience with a portfolio showing complex, data-dense workflows.
• Experience building or evolving a design system.
• Hands-on user research experience.
• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS.
• Experience in enterprise/SaaS or higher education software is a plus.
• Authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship.

Responsabilidades

• Own product design end-to-end from problem to shipped experience.
• Build and own the Scholarly design system.
• Talk to users via interviews, usability tests, and site visits.
• Prototype in code with HTML/CSS and collaborate with engineering.
• Shape the brand across website, sales materials, and docs.
• Influence product decisions with a clear rationale.
