Job summary

Stripe, Inc. is seeking a Product Designer to help businesses start and grow on Stripe.

You will design experiences across complex flows, working with engineers, PMs, researchers, and operations to shape direction and ship high-quality experiences. You’ll translate policy and operational constraints into usable interfaces, craft scalable design systems, and advocate for user-centered decisions in a fast-moving regulatory environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant product design experience at a product-driven technology company.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong visual craft, interaction design, and systems thinking.
• Experience working on complex product areas with multiple stakeholders, constraints, and interconnected workflows.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex systems into clear product experiences.
• Identify opportunities to improve coherence across journeys and surfaces.
• Collaborate with PMs, engineers, researchers, operations, and strategists to shape direction.
• Develop long-term strategy and pragmatic short-term solutions.
• Design, prototype, and communicate ideas with storytelling.
• Use qualitative and quantitative signals to inform decisions.
• Work with engineering to ensure craft and quality.
• Contribute to shared patterns and systems for the Risk organization.
