Job summary

MailerLite is actively seeking a Product Designer to join a remote-friendly team working on SaaS and consumer-facing features. You will collaborate with product managers and engineers to shape workflows, refine experiences, and support design research informing roadmaps.

You’ll contribute to design strategy, own UX decisions, and help build a design system while aligning with data and user insights. CET overlap required; remote across regions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer on multiple platforms including web apps and 3rd party integrations.
• Experience leading design processes from discovery to delivery and post-launch analysis.
• Experience using data and user research to inform decisions.
• Comfortable with AI as a baseline skill and integrating AI features into products.
• Some knowledge of HTML/CSS.
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills.
• Overlaps with CET timezone required (4h overlap).

Responsibilities

• Work closely with product managers and engineers to identify UX challenges and opportunities based on the product vision.
• Collaborate with software engineers to maximize impact for users and business with trade-offs as needed.
• Conduct user experience research using qualitative and quantitative methods.
• Distill complex product workflows into intuitive user flows and consistent component behavior.
• Manage both the big-picture vision and day-to-day challenges of a complex product.
• Foster a supportive environment within your close team.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a unified user experience.
