Job summary

Idelsoft LLC is hiring a senior Product Designer to own design across product and brand for a US B2B SaaS company. You will be the main design voice on a lean team, collaborating with product, engineering and the founders.

This is a senior IC role reporting to the Head of Product, fully remote. You will design end-to-end product flows, raise visual quality of data-dense screens, build a design system in Figma, and hand off clear specs to engineers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in-house product design, ideally in B2B SaaS.
• Portfolio shows shipped web/SaaS with strong UX and visual craft.
• Products designed used by a large number of users.
• Understanding of front-end concepts, reusable UI components and frameworks.
• Use of AI tools in design work daily (ideation, prototyping, design-to-code).
• Expert in Figma (component libraries, auto-layout, variables, prototyping).
• Willing to work as a generalist across product and brand.
• Strong English writing and ability to work async.

You'll be the main design voice on a lean team, working closely with product, engineering and the founders. This is a senior individual contributor role reporting to the Head of Product. This is a fully remote position.

What you'll do

• Design end-to-end product flows, including information architecture, every state (empty, error, permissions) and interactive prototypes
• Raise the visual quality of data-dense screens
• Build and maintain a documented design system in Figma
• Hand off clear, buildable specs and work with engineers through launch, checking the shipped result
• Own brand and marketing design: website, sales decks, one-pagers and social
• Run discovery and usability testing with product, engineering and customers

You may be a fit if

• You have 5+ years of in-house product design experience, ideally in B2B SaaS
• Your portfolio shows shipped web or SaaS products with both strong UX and strong visual craft
• You've designed products used by a large number of people
• You understand front-end concepts, especially reusable UI components and frameworks
• You use AI tools in your design work every day (ideation, prototyping, design-to-code)
• You're an expert in Figma (component libraries, auto-layout, variables, prototyping)
• You're happy working as a generalist across product and brand
• You write well in English and are comfortable working async
