Job summary

Superpower is hiring a designer to own email design end to end—lifecycles, onboarding, results notifications, product launches, newsletters, and promos. You’ll partner with content to craft structure and copy, and with design to extend the brand system into modular templates.

Focus on mobile-first, dark mode, and email client quirks, using data to optimize performance. You’ll ship fast, contribute to campaigns, and help elevate email as a core storytelling channel within a founder-mode design

Qualifications

• 3–6+ years of design experience with a strong focus on digital/email design.
• A portfolio showing range across product screens, campaigns, and marketing emails.
• Strong fundamentals in typography, layout, color, hierarchy, and interaction design.
• Understanding of how email renders across clients and devices.
• Ability to reprioritize quickly while maintaining quality.

Responsibilities

• Own email design end to end, including lifecycle flows, campaigns, newsletters and transactional emails.
• Collaborate with content on structure, hierarchy and how copy and visuals work in inboxes.
• Align emails with the brand system and extend it with email components and templates.
• Build modular, reusable templates to speed up campaigns without sacrificing quality.
• Design for mobile-first, dark mode, and various email client quirks.
• Use performance data to inform design and run tests to optimize results.
• Ship quickly with a bias for action and provide direct feedback to teammates.
