Job summary

Responsibilities

• Work closely with product managers and engineers to proactively identify UX challenges and opportunities through a deep understanding of the product vision and requirements.
• Collaborate with software engineers from end to end to maximize impact for users and business, enabling trade-offs whenever necessary.
• Conduct user experience research using qualitative and quantitative approaches, fostering cross-functional collaboration with product & engineering.
• Understand complex product workflows, distilling them into intuitive user flows, consistent component behaviors, and a unified style.
• Manage both the big-picture vision and the day-to-day challenges of building a complex user-facing product.
• Foster a supportive environment within your close team.
• Collaborate with other company departments to identify areas of synergy, ensuring a unified and seamless user experience.
