Job summary

Engrain is seeking a mid-level Product Designer to own end-to-end design for core products and critical customer experiences within a cross-functional team. You’ll translate complex workflows into intuitive features that deliver immediate user value, collaborating with product managers, engineers, and leadership.

You’ll balance craft and speed, leverage AI to streamline prototyping, and contribute to scaling Engrain’s design system while mentoring teammates.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of digital product design experience in a B2B SaaS/PropTech context.
• Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design process and strong visual design.
• Proficiency with modern design tools and AI-enabled prototyping capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own the core UX for key product features from ideation to high-fidelity UI.
• Balance craft with speed to ship pragmatic solutions that move the product forward.
• Integrate AI-augmented workflows to accelerate prototyping and reduce friction.
• Collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering and Leadership.
• Advocate for the user using qualitative and quantitative data to guide decisions.
• Scale the design system and maintain consistency across products.
• Directly shape the core product impacting thousands of users daily.
• Contribute to a collaborative culture with mentoring and knowledge sharing.
