Job summary

Engrain is seeking a mid-level Product Designer to own end-to-end design for core map-based SaaS products. You’ll translate complex workflows into intuitive, valuable features and work closely with product managers, engineers, and leadership.

You will craft high-quality interfaces using Figma, apply AI-assisted approaches to accelerate prototyping, and contribute to a scalable design system in a fast-growing, collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of digital product design experience in a B2B SaaS/PropTech/marketplace setting.
• Strong portfolio showing end-to-end design process and clear problem solving.
• Proficiency with modern design tools and AI-enabled workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own the core product features' design, from ideation to high-fidelity UI and handoff.
• Balance craft with shipping pragmatic solutions that move the product forward.
• Integrate AI-augmented workflows to speed prototyping and reduce friction.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Leadership to align user needs with business goals.
• Advocate for the user using qualitative and quantitative data and UX best practices.
• Help scale the design system and nurture a collaborative design culture.
