Job summary

Aria Insurtech design team is looking for a Product Designer to own the look and feel of a leads marketplace, back office, CRM, and training library. You’ll partner with engineering and field teams to turn messy real-world workflows into intuitive interfaces and push our visual system forward.

You’ll ship features from concept to pixels, prototype in code or no-code, and contribute to hiring the next generation of designers. Remote-first in the US.

Qualifications

• 4+ years as a product designer at a B2B SaaS or similarly serious software company.
• A portfolio that shows shipped work, not just concepts.
• Strong visual craft. Strong interaction craft. Strong opinions about both, held loosely.
• You can prototype in code or no-code well enough to validate a flow without waiting on engineering.
• Genuinely curious about the field you’re designing for. You’ll talk to a lot of agents in this job.
• Experience designing for sales floors, CRMs, or workflow-heavy products.
• A side of editorial or brand design sensibility — our marketing surface and product surface live close to each other.

Responsibilities

01 — About About the role.

Aria’s product surface is wide — a leads marketplace, a back office, a CRM, and a training library, all working together. As our Product Designer, you’ll own the look and feel of how agents move through it.

You’ll partner with engineering and with the field team that actually uses the product, turning messy real-world workflows into interfaces that feel obvious in hindsight. Visual craft matters here. So does shipping.
