• 5+ years of design experience.
• Experience presenting ideas to senior stakeholders.
• Experience designing for both mobile and desktop.

Responsibilities

• Create end-to-end design solutions for the Prime Video Playback and Ads design team, collaborating with business and tech partners and leveraging customer research and performance metrics.
• Analyze UI problems to create on-brand design solutions that meet measurable business goals and collaborate with business teams on use cases and CX requirements.
• Collaborate with Design Systems and A11y partners to ensure accessible designs per WCAG guidelines across devices.
• Push the forefront of AI tools and new workflows in a fast-paced environment to redefine design best practices.
• Advocate for customer needs while balancing advertiser considerations and monetization potential.
• Create user flows, wireframes, visuals, and prototypes to communicate interactions to PV leadership.
• Identify areas for research and coordinate with researchers to test and validate concepts.
