Qualifications

• Strong systems thinker connecting user experiences to platform logic and architecture.
• Experience designing complex, infrastructure‑adjacent platform or enterprise products.
• Excellent UX/UI and interaction design skills with clarity and craft.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design direction for foundational payments, billing, and monetization experiences across OpenAI’s consumer and enterprise products.
• Design and ship high‑quality, end‑to‑end product experiences from early concepts to production‑ready designs.
• Shape infrastructure and product frameworks for pay‑as‑you‑go, Codex usage, and agentic work.
• Partner with engineering, product, finance, and design to define long‑term platform strategy and roadmaps.
• Translate complex financial logic and technical constraints into clear, scalable user experiences.
• Engage in user research to understand pricing, usage tracking, billing, and purchasing decisions.
• Contribute to and evolve the design system to bring consistency across OpenAI products.
