Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead design for new features across web and mobile, creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs.
• Own existing product areas and improve them over time by fixing usability issues and updating older designs.
• Work with Product and Engineering to define requirements and balance new work with product improvements.
• Use customer feedback, usability testing, and analytics to guide design decisions and measure results after release.
• Use AI tools to speed up research synthesis, early concepts, and prototyping, while reviewing and refining all output yourself.

You will design new features and also be responsible for improving the parts of the product our customers and teams already use. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, and Research. We are looking for someone with strong design skills and good product judgment who can work independently and take full ownership of their areas.
